2 lb bacon
8 cloves garlic
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp salt
1 small bag frozen peas
2 lb bowtie pasta

Steps
- Chop bacon. Cook on saute function in Instant Pot. Drain, leaving a tablespoon of bacon fat.
- Saute garlic in bacon fat.
- Melt butter. Deglaze the pan with a bit of water, making sure there is nothing stuck (to avoid the "burn" error on your instant pot).
- Add peas, salt, and pasta (in that order). Add water to just barely cover the pasta. DO NOT STIR.
- Cook on high pressure for one half the time the package instructs. Quick release.
- Stir in parmesan and cooked bacon.
