1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal
1 apple
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups water
1 cup soy milk (for serving)
Put the oatmeal and the water in a small pan. Turn the heat to medium-low. Cut the apple into little pieces and put them in the pot. Stir in the cinnamon. Let simmer until thick. Serve with the soy milk.
