1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries (8-10 oz)
2 Tbsp maple syrup, honey, agave nectar, sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2-3 servings
Place all ingredients in blender. Be patient, mixture will smooth out finally.
If you use a whole package of nasoya lite silken tofu (1 lb = 1.75 cups), you need:
1/4 cup sweetener 210 cal
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
4.5 cups frozen berries
