1 package Tofurkey kielbasa sausages
1 head of cabbage
2 medium potatoes
2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1. Cut the cabbage into large strips. Put the cabbage in a large pan and cover with water. Add the spices and turn on the heat.
2. Cut the sausages into rounds and add to the pot.
3. Boil for 30-60 minutes, until the cabbage is very soft.
4. Cut the potatoes into pieces and add to the pot. Boil for another 5-10 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
