250 g kale
1/2 dl raisins, cranberries, or pomegranate arils
1 orange
1 red apple
1/2 dl walnuts
Dressing
1 Tbsp liquid honey
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp orange juice
Submerge the kale leaves in boiling hot water in a bowl for 1 minute, then pour off the water in a colander and rinse quickly in very cold water. Chop the kale finely. Cut the orange and the apple into dice. Chop the walnuts roughly.
Mix the dressing ingredients, mix all the salad ingredients together, then toss the salad. Serve.
