Cuban-Style Black Beans

In large frypan, sauté

1 cup green pepper, chopped (250 ml)
2 cloves garlic, crushed

in water until soft.

Add:

4 cups cooked black beans with juice (1 l)
1/2 tsp dried oregano
3 Tbsp vinegar (45 ml)

Cover and simmer 10 minutes over low heat. Serve over rice.
