Ingredients
1/2 cup Bob's Red Mill organic rolled oats
1 Tbsp ground flax seeds
1 cup chopped fruit or whole unsweetened berries
1/8 cup wheat bran (optional)
1 cup water
Preparation
Put all ingredients in a small slow cooker or a pot and mix ingredients.
If using a slow cooker, turn on low overnight. If cooking on the stove, bring to a boil over medium-low heat and simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes.
