Gailan with soy sauce

400-500 g (12 oz - 1 lb 2 oz) gailan
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
2 Tbsp light-colored soy sauce

Wash the broccoli well. Discard any tough-looking stems and cut the rest of the stems in half. Blanch the broccoli in a pan of boiling water for 2 minutes, or until the stems and leaves are just tender, then refresh in cold water and dry thoroughly. Arrange in a serving dish. Drizzle with the oyster sauce and soy sauce. Serve hot.
