1 dl graham flour
1 1/2 dl white flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 Tbsp melted butter
1 dl unsweetened soy milk
1 Tbsp wheat bran
Mix all dtry ingredients except the wheat bean in a large bowl. Stir in the soy milk and the butter witha wooden spoon and work together into a smooth dough.
Split the dough into two pieces and shape into round cakes with lightly floured hands. Put them on baking paper on a cookie sheet. Flatten the cakes and cut a cross onto the top of each scone.
Sprinkle weat bran on top. Bake in the center of the oven for about 10 minutes at 482 F. Split each scone into four pieces and serve immediately with marmalade, if you want a special treat.
