2 scoops Greenberry Shakeology
1 container tofu, silken firm (approximately 12 oz)
Juice of 2 limes
1 tbsp. sugar-free lime Jell-O mix
2 tbsp orange juice
2 1-¼ oz. Kraft Philadelphia cream cheese ½ less fat mini
1 premade whole-grain or graham cracker pie crust
Place tofu, Greenberry Shakeology, Jell-O, lime juice, cream cheese, and orange juice in blender; blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate until firm, at least 1 hour. Top with limes or kiwi. (Makes 8 servings)
