Lemon Tofu

12 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
The juice of half a lemon or 50 ml dry white wine
1/2 chicken or veggie bouillon cube
100 ml water
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried thyme
salt and freshly ground pepper

Cut the tofu into pieces. Mix all the sauce ingredients and marinate tofu for 20 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes at 400F.
