150 ml green lentils
100 ml millet
600 ml water
1-2 tsp bouillon extract
100 ml soy flour
1 Tbsp olive oil
Put the lentils and the millet in a pot. Pour the water in and let soak for 30 minutes. Add the bouillon and boil for 25 minutes. Mix in the soy flour and the oil. Mix carefully. Shape into round patties and bake them without any fat for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.
