Ingredients
1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 cup mango, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1 1/2 Tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
2 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp dry sherry
1 1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp white vinegar
Preparation
Stir all ingredients together in a non-reactive bowl. Store covered in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
