1/2 banana, mashed
3/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup ground flax
1/4 cup hemp protein powder
1 tablespoon agave nectar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 1/2 cup almond milk
1/4 cup water
1 cup fresh blueberries
1. Place first 11 ingredients in a large bowl, and mix together well.
2. Gently fold in blueberries.
3. Pour mixture into hot pan by 1/3 cupfuls and cook until bubbly. Flip over and cook on the other side for a few minutes until lightly browned.
