Power Corn Pancakes with Blueberries (big batch)

Ingredients

2 bananas
3 cups buckwheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup ground flax
1 cup hemp protein powder
2 Tbsp + 2 teaspoons baking powder
1 Tbsp + 1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons maple syrup, agave nectar, or honey
6 cups almond milk
1 cup water
4 cups fresh (or frozen defrosted) blueberries

Preparation
  1. Pick a large bowl and mash the bananas in it. If you are using a blender, mixer, or food processor, put in the bananas first and make them into a paste.
  2. Add the remaining intgredients except for the blueberries and mix well.
  3. Gently fold in blueberries. If you are using defrosted frozen blueberries, pour in the liquid as well.
  4. Pour mixture into hot pan by 1/3 cupfuls and cook until bubbly. Flip over and cook on the other side for a few minutes until lightly browned.
