Pie or sugar pumpkin

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Cut the pumpkin in half and scrape out the seeds.
  3. Place cut side down on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast until very soft, about 35 to 40 minutes.
