150 g butter, room temperature
200 ml sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 dl white wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Filling and frosting
125 g dark chocolate
2 Tbsp butter
100 ml apricot jam
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175C.
Butter and crumb a 1.5L cake pan.
