2 vegan sausages
3/4 cabbage, cut into chunks
1 potato
Black pepper to taste
Cut up the sausages and brown slightly in a non-stick skillet. Heat a large pot of water. When boiling, put in the cabbage. Add the sausage and season with black pepper to taste.
Peel and dice the potato. When the cabbage is soft enough to eat, add the potato and boil an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot.
