1 lb cooked shrimp, (If using frozen shrimp make sure it is thawed and patted dry) 2-3 teaspoons Cajun spice ( Sometimes I add more, I love Cajun spice) 1 lb bag whole wheat pasta, (I used Penne. You can use any other shape and even rice I think will be good) 4-5 tablespoons olive oil 1 large red onion, sliced 3-5 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 cups white wine (you can use vegetable stock instead) 1/2 cup heavy cream 1 tablespoon pepper flakes, (optional)
