Sponge Cake / Lady Fingers / Whatever you have lying around. Shoot, even pound cake will work! 200 g of WHIPPED cream cheese. It has to be the whipped kind or you're not going to get that nice fluffy dreamy texture. For those of you without a scale, this is 7 ounces of cream cheese. Or 7/8 of a cup. Have fun measuring that out! 1 Pint Heavy Cream 150 g of powdered sugar or 1/2 cup of powdered sugar. FYI, Powdered Sugar = Confectioner's Sugar = Icing Sugar 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract 3 Tablespoon or more of cocoa powder
