1 1/2 cups Gram flour / chickpea flour (besan), sifted to remove any lumps 1 1/2 cups Whole wheat flour, plus extra for rolling and shaping about 1 cup warm water 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 5 small green chillies, finely chopped 1 small onion, finely chopped 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Coriander seeds 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds (zeera) 1/2 tsp Ajjwain (carrom seeds) salt, to taste 1 tsp Chaat masala 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (I did not have any, but would recommend you use it if you have them) 1 tbsp methi (dry fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp red chilli powder (optional)
