1 (28 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons fresh basil , chopped
1 teaspoon sugar

3/4 teaspoon cornstarch
