2 1/2 cups whole raw almonds 1/4 cup arrowroot starch 2 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp salt 1 Tbs maple syrup 2 large eggs (or egg replacer- though note it will be far denser without the eggs) 1/2 cup grated sweet potato 1/4 cup yogurt (sheep or goat recommended, or milk substitue and 1 Tbs cider vinegar) 1/4 cup onion, chopped 1/4 cup flax-seed, ground 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 2 Tbs olive oil 1 Tsp rock salt (sprinkled on top)
