This one and my 6qt!) 6 small white potatoes, peeled and diced 1/2 sweet onion, diced 2 garlic cloves, smashed and chopped 6 baby carrots, sliced (did not have parsnips) 1/2 stick butter 3 T flour 1 1 / 2c 1% milk 1/2 c half and half 2 T dry mustard 1 t paprika dash cayenne pepper, or two 1 t seasoned salt 1/2 t pepper 1 t dill 3 bay leaves 10 oz queso blanco (same package as velveeta, just white) 1 chicken bouillon cube
