Sorry, put 1 lg by mistake) 3 cloves garlic, finely minced 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp fresh thyme (I used 1/2 tsp dried) 2 cups beef broth (I made my own beef broth, so this is what I used) 2 tsp salt, or to taste 3 cups mashed potatoes 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, finely grated
