Another one-pot wonder: It's impossible not to love this dish. Pork chops are joined by shells with salsa and fresh pepper, all embraced by ooey-gooey cheese sauce.
Tacos or burgers? Yes. Ground meat mixed with spicy seasoning is topped with a mix of Miracle Whip Dressing and salsa for a juicy, delectable dish. Everybody's happy.
A little Mexican, a little Italian and a whole lot of kid-pleasing flavors. Salsa adds the kick, cheese adds the smoothness. All you add is 5 minutes prep.
This is a quiche that is so easy and quick. I make it everytime I have company overnight or for lunch. You can substitute most any meat, ie chicken breast or pastrami or sausage. Also you can use spinach instead of broccoli. I have also added chopped tomatoes, but you need to cook a little longer if you do. I like to serve with crusty bread and a salad. My company always love this and ask for the recipe. Enjoy!
Think Texas ranch, and the kind of burger that might feed the guys riding herd. Cheese, Ranch dressing, bacon, salsa and beef. You're gonna need napkins.
