My husband and I are on a quest to remove high fructose corn sryup from our diets (and we just got a membership to Costco!). We really like homemade iced tea, which involves lemonade - storebought has HFCS!!! So I went on another quest to make some homemade lemonade concentrate. The bananas make the bread extremely moist and lightly sweet, and the blueberries add a fruity surprise to every other bite. If you like bananas and blueberries, I think you'll love them together.
