Konigsberger Klopse (German Meatballs in Creamy Caper Sauce)

A classic! Authentic Knigsberger Klopse are made from ground veal, beef, and pork, along with a small amount of anchovies (or sardines or herring), chopped onions, bread crumbs, eggs, and spices.
