Our state is, of course, synonymous with potatoes, so it should come as no surprise that my recipe features good ol' Idaho spuds. This is a meal in itself.
Made these for my future in-laws, who will be visiting this weekend. We tried one and they are fabulous. I think toasting the nuts really helped the flavor as well (see my note below).
I found these in a magazine, and just had to try them. They are really different and very good! The kids were wild about these. Try adding a dab of pineapple, or apricot jam.
We love this casserole around here, and it's such a fabulous comfort food for these cool fall days! I've made a few variations of it and we've enjoyed each
