Whatever you do, DON'T MAKE THESE! They are so addictive! It'd probably be healthier to eat an entire dinosaur leg than a handful of these. They are so good!

These winning pancakes came out of her desire to develop a vegan version of her favorite restaurant pancakes: “My mom taught me to substitute a little vinegar in milk when there was no buttermilk in the house, and the cider vinegar in soymilk here has the same effect of lending a little zing.”
I found these in a magazine, and just had to try them. They are really different and very good! The kids were wild about these. Try adding a dab of pineapple, or apricot jam.
This one is popular. It has everything and then some. Not something for the calorie conscious! I've used instant potatoes, but of course fresh is best. Good for the holidays.
