Inspired by an orange salad served at my favorite Tapas restaurant (Si Tapas in Dallas), this easy-to-assemble dish has become my go-to for easy entertaining. The raw carrot gives it a nice crunch without taking anything away from the sweet clementine. The red onion provides a nice 'zing' and the mint brings colors and subtly ties it all together. It's refreshing in the summer, and a perfect light dish in the winter to take advantage of my darling clementines.
I love St. Patrick's Day recipes. Corned Beef and Cabbage is a must for us and after a hearty meal like that there's nothing like a sweet dessert to wash it down.
This is a moist fudgy type cake. Sweet but not extremely sweet and makes good use of zucchini! You can frost it with chocolate frosting or cream cheese icing.
A recipe in Anne Willan's 2001 Cooking with Wine inspired this fluffy, not-too-sweet cake, which uses just enough wine in the batter to give it a slight boozy flavor.
Perfect for chocolate lovers! Great for entertaining, deceptively easy to make. Perfect for people who can't have gluten. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, or simply dusted with icing sugar.
This Strawberry, Cucumber & Mint Salad recipe contains kraft zesty italian dressing, fresh strawberries, cucumbers, serrano chiles, red onion and more.
