This comforting casserole combines chicken, tortilla strips, red peppers, tomato paste, black beans and diced green chilies, all bathed in a scrumptious sauce made with Campbell's Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup.
Rich, creamy sauce, abundant spinach, cheese so copious it threatens to run off of the edges of the bread, pool, and bubble to brown in places -and does, in some cases- as it melts, and long strips of salty prosciutto. Now that's a French bread pizza.
This dessert has a chocolate cake layer and a rich chocolate sauce underneath. It was a favorite recipe of ours growing up and is still a favorite. I knew I had to make a gluten/dairy free version for my family.
