This cake is all about adding brightness and color to the dull winter months while celebrating one of the season's favorite citrus fruits: Meyer lemons.
This came from my mind when I was a student at The Culinary Institute of America. We had to create a menu item based on where we lived. Here's a delicious ice-cream recipe that doesn't require an ice-cream maker: Just stir the ingredients together, and freeze. Fold the whipped topping in with as few strokes as possible while making sure everything is well blended.
