One of our favorites is Pop Up Pancakes. I like to put a little twist on them by cooking these in muffin tins. They cook up as little puff balls and are easy for the kids to eat.
Made these for my future in-laws, who will be visiting this weekend. We tried one and they are fabulous. I think toasting the nuts really helped the flavor as well (see my note below).

First and foremost, weelicious is about recipes for kids -- or at least that was the intention when I started this website for little ones almost four years ago. I dreamt of coming up with meal ideas that would appeal to kids and inspire them to eat foods that are not only good for them, but that taste delicious at the same time.
