1 cup Finely Chopped Colored Sweet Bell Peppers
1 whole Jalapeño Chilies, Seeded And Minced (wear Rubber Gloves)
1/4 cups Finely Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/4 cups Finely Chopped Green Onions
