First come the raspberries and raspberry gelatin layer. Then comes the sour cream layer. Then the crushed pineapple, cranberry sauce and cherry gelatin layer. Then come the raves from your eight dinner guests.
Delicious and easy, this is a fabulous mix of berries and yogurt! If you like, you can make a thin layer of graham crackers or granola in each vanilla/berry layer. That gives it a little more crunch.
You can make this dish ahead--just cover and refrigerate or freeze after you've spread the final layer of marinara sauce. Serve with a salad and breadsticks to round out the meal.
