This may be my new favorite snack. I found the recipe on Eating Well but kept it a bit on the healthier side so I could have it daily. What I really mean is

This Venison Steak with Mushroom Tarragon Cream Sauce recipe contains steaks, whipping cream, unsalted butter, dry white wine, fresh tarragon and more.
Mac & Cheese is a standard favorite, but we have mixed it up with this Penne Pasta with Sun-dried Tomato Cream Sauce recipe. We've made traditional cheese sauce with Carnation Evaporated Lowfat 2% Milk and changed-up the cheese and pasta while adding sun-dried tomatoes for a luscious Mac & Cheese inspired dish.
This is not at all difficult to make - although you can use uncooked bacon strips I prefer to semi-cook the bacon in the oven first just to release some fat but do not cook until crisp or wrapping it around the chicken will be impossible - the chicken may be prepared up to one day in advance, which makes this great dinner party food, just cover refrigerate and mix up the sauce when ready to bake :)
