This easy gluten free bread recipe is made with heart healthy almond flour. It is great toasted and spread with goat cheese, nut butter or dipped in olive oil.
One of our favorites is Pop Up Pancakes. I like to put a little twist on them by cooking these in muffin tins. They cook up as little puff balls and are easy for the kids to eat.
Made these for my future in-laws, who will be visiting this weekend. We tried one and they are fabulous. I think toasting the nuts really helped the flavor as well (see my note below).
