This is a homemade recipe from my dad. Whenever I make these for someone, they fall in love with it and always request I make more. It fills your home with a wonderful smell and is the best way to have cheap chops go so tender they fall right off the bone. Serve with hot sauce and mashed potatoes.
My Grandfather (Sam) was famous for this cake. Everyone who knew him, knows of his famous carrot cake. He would always have some available for anyone who wanted it. We'll miss him, but his carrot cake legacy will always live on! Enjoy!

This dressing is made in the blender and has lots of great taste sensations - garlic, ginger, minced celery, ketchup, soy sauce, lemon juice, vinegar and oil.
The filling - kidney beans and lots of celery, carrots, green pepper tomatoes, and onions flavored with chili pepper and vinegar. When this is hot and savory, spoon into hollowed out Kaiser rolls and dig in.
