This is a chowder that uses ingredients that I almost always have on hand, so it is quick and easy to throw together before work, and come home to on a nice fall evening. Relatively easy to double as well for extra large families or get togethers.

This is an easy stuffed chicken breast that is absolutely yummy. I listed the olives as optional because I do not like olives, but I have made it with them for my husband (who loves olives) and he said it was very good. This dish goes really nicely with couscous and a Greek-style salad.
A favorite El Salvadoran snack, homemade tortillas stuffed with fresh queso blanco cheese are often paired with a traditonal coleslaw called curtido. Farmer's cheese or mozzarella can be substituted for queso blanco.
There is a reason this salad is a favorite. Grilled chicken, crunchy croutons, shredded Parmesan and Caesar are a classic combo. This version is deliciously smart, too.
