Found this recipe on the internet and made it last night for dinner. It is the best bread I have made since I got my bread machine. Crusty, light inside and absolutely delicious!
Fresh berries in and on whipped, chilled cream cheese would have been enough. But no. We're upping the ante with a chocolate chip cookie crust. Pure heaven.
I was totally addicted to these tacos when I was a teen-ager, I remember going through the drive-thru and ordering a big bag of these for all my friends (in the back seat, necking).I'm guessing at the prep and cook times. This is from Top Secret Recipes by Todd Wilbur.
This bread is so delicious and will really make your house smell wonderful as it is baking. I've fooled around with this recipe and have done various things (used olive oil instead of butter, added basil and oregeno) etc, so it is very versitle. I hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
You will not believe how easy and quick this is to make. Just stir ingredients together, let sit for ten minutes, then press into baking pan. Add your favorite toppings and bake. Pizza in no time!
