I don't know if this is really "Chili Pie" but it's what I threw together the other night and my whole family devoured it. Not my healthiest meal, but great when you are in a pinch and short on time.

Hamburger Soup is a quick and easy meal loaded with vegetables, lean beef, diced tomatoes and potatoes. It's great made ahead of time and freezes perfectly.
These are yummy! The original recipe called for red and green Christmas Mamp;Ms, but I see no reason to relegate this delicious treat to just the holidays. :)
