I found this in Better Homes and Gardens Low-Cost Cooking cookbook. I've had the cookbook for about 25 years and only recently discovered this recipe. Gotta eat? Check out our empanada. Filled with all the same cheesy-salsa goodness as the handheld version, this one comes together quickly and cuts like a pie.
Hearty stuffing and tangy BBQ sauce give this classic comfort food extra appeal. Plus, check out the ingenious prep technique that makes cleanup a breeze.
A better-for-you mix of classic ingredients, including an ingenious way to make the shell, lets you deliver a family-restaurant favorite while being smart about it.
Best EVER, you ask? Totally. And here's why: This juicy burger with melty cheese and grilled onions can fit into a smart eating plan. Wrap your hands around that one.
This is a recipe I have developed over a number of years. This is the only spaghetti sauce my family will request! Very easy to make. I hope your family enjoys it as much as mine does!
A blend of everyone's favorite salad and a juicy burger: Meat gets Caesar flavor from garlic and Parm, and crisp lettuce is topped with creamy dressing.
