I found this in Better Homes and Gardens Low-Cost Cooking cookbook. I've had the cookbook for about 25 years and only recently discovered this recipe. It's one of those recipes that I make just about anytime because I always have the ingredients on hand and my family (especially my youngest son) loves it!
Brown sugar, paprika and the garlic deliciousness come together for a tantalizing rub that's finished off with sticky BBQ and a splash of bourbon. Savory and spectacular.
I'm always challenged to come up with my family's favorite Mexican food. This is a tried and true recipe that is so easy to make that no one knows how simple but delicious Chile Verde can be. ***** Served with Recipe#282467 makes a complete meal ;)
Baked chicken cutlets covered in Parmesan bread crumbs and topped with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese, served with spaghetti and an easy tomato sauce.
Usually, I make this as a side dish to go with veal cutlets or a roast. You could also serve it as a main dish along with a salad and hot garlic bread if you like. —Patricia Collins, Imbler, Oregon
This piccata recipe calls for tilapia, but you can also substitute most any flaky white fish, or use veal or chicken cutlets. For more quick and easy fish dinners, see our complete collection of fish recipes.
