This is a simple recipe I have adapted from Company's Coming.It is simple to throw together the marinade in the morning before going off to work and coming home to an easy dinner to prepare at night.
I came up with this one morning when I was trying to come up with something different for Breakfast. Now my family just loves these and they can be made with any kind of tortilla you like.
Sirloin steak strips are tossed in a flavorful mixture of Pace® Picante Sauce, lemon juice, oil and garlic, woven onto skewers and grilled with a generous basting of the picante sauce mixture.
This has been in my recipe box forever so I'm not sure where it came from. This is light so a good pick for those hot days when you just don't feel like eating much.
