This recipe is pretty comforting as well. Like a blanket of happiness wrapped around meats. Ha. And since we don’t eat tortillas in this little paleo community of ours, I had to turn to the next best thing. Sweet potatoes.
Old El Paso salsa and seasoning mix add Mexican flavors to this cheesy casserole that's filled with beef and Progresso beans and topped with Pillsbury pizza crust.
This one is popular. It has everything and then some. Not something for the calorie conscious! I've used instant potatoes, but of course fresh is best. Good for the holidays.
Here’s a dish I enjoyed a lot growing up. It’s a very simple Dau Sot Ca Chua recipe that is my comfort food. As a kid I ate this a lot, but never even considered the work my parents or grandma would put into making this. It would kind of just appear during dinner time (I appreciate it much more now!).
This restaurant favorite is so easy to make at home, especially when you follow this fail-safe recipe that gets dinner on the table in less than 45 minutes.
Simple as simple gets, this fabulous smoked turkey club panini has been on the dinner table in our home at least thrice in the last two weeks. Equal parts because it is quick and easy (soccer, baseball season!)
It’s full of natural flavor, and only needs a little salt and pepper to bring it alive. It’s especially good if you have time to make vegetable stock with all of the flavorful vegetable trimmings.
Love this meal. Love it. Hearty. Simple. Quick. And downright delicious. Stroganoff is a homey, comforting way to enjoy dinner and since I already have a few other beef versions that I make often and we really enjoy, I’m happy
This dish is a cuban style dish that I altered to how I would like it. It usually has olives in it but I hate olives so I just made it how I think makes sense.
Turn on the slow cooker in the morning and later on enjoy a hearty minestrone stew with our Progresso Vegetable Classics garden vegetable soup, turkey Italian sausage, gluten-free macaroni and other good things.
