I was just about to post this recipe and one other came up as nearly the same, although that one is broiled and missing the olive oil. It is a very good dish and the sauce works well with rice. I should try it broiled too, but I don't know if the pan sauce would be as good without the catch from the chicken. The original WW recipe is this one, plus 2 tbs olive oil. This is WW POINTS: 4 Exchanges: 3 Very Lean Meat.
A favorite recipe from chef Bryant Terry's newest book, Vegan Soul Kitchen. A richly spiced potato, pea, corn, carrot, and cabbage filling is wrapped with a turmeric-hued pastry crust made with coconut oil.
When I saw the pictures of these sweet potato doughnuts on Fifteen Spatulas, I had to make them. Hers looked so fluffy and gorgeous -- just like this fluffy orange kitchen sponge that I love.
These flavorful potatoes highlight oregano, cumin, and garlic with a light kick from cayenne pepper. To finish things off, lime juice is splashed over the steaming hot potatoes, adding another layer of flavor.
