This is a quiche that is so easy and quick. I make it everytime I have company overnight or for lunch. You can substitute most any meat, ie chicken breast or pastrami or sausage. Also you can use spinach instead of broccoli. I have also added chopped tomatoes, but you need to cook a little longer if you do. I like to serve with crusty bread and a salad. My company always love this and ask for the recipe. Enjoy!
This Bruschetta with Fontina and Greens recipe contains ciabatta bread, fontina cheese, extra-virgin olive oil, extra-virgin olive oil, baby spinach and more.
This recipe really satisfies my craving for Chinese food. I serve it over rice and steamed vegetables on the side. The sauce makes just enough to glaze the chicken. I usually double or even triple the sauce recipe to have enough to pour over our rice and veggies. It is a nice low-fat alternative to the restaurant-style Sesame Chicken.
This delicious combination of flavors and texture just screams "fall" with apple and pumpkin, in a heavenly spiced custard pie. The slightly crisp pecan streusel topping gives a surprising crunch in every bite.
