This is a chowder that uses ingredients that I almost always have on hand, so it is quick and easy to throw together before work, and come home to on a nice fall evening. Relatively easy to double as well for extra large families or get togethers.
Trying to get your family to eat more veggies? Check out the squash and snow peas in our ranch-alicious salad. No one has to know it's a better-for-you pick.
I found this in Better Homes and Gardens Low-Cost Cooking cookbook. I've had the cookbook for about 25 years and only recently discovered this recipe. It's one of those recipes that I make just about anytime because I always have the ingredients on hand and my family (especially my youngest son) loves it!
Tomato, basil and ranch add big-time flavor to our chicken bean salad. But the fact that it's low-cal and ready in 15 minutes will make it seem even better.
Forget boring...this meatloaf will make your taste buds sing thanks to the A.1. Sauce. You'll be planning sandwiches from the leftovers while you're still eating it hot.
Dinner combo extraordinaire: topping chicken with cheese, ranch dressing and fresh veggies and cooking it all in one smart packet. It's low-cal, and cleanup's a breeze.
