This is a quiche that is so easy and quick. I make it everytime I have company overnight or for lunch. You can substitute most any meat, ie chicken breast or pastrami or sausage. Also you can use spinach instead of broccoli. I have also added chopped tomatoes, but you need to cook a little longer if you do. I like to serve with crusty bread and a salad. My company always love this and ask for the recipe. Enjoy!
The easiest way to get your family to eat zucchini? Pair it with crispy, tender Parmesan chicken and pasta for a low-cal meal that they'll ask for again next week.
Serve omelets to hungry brunch-seekers without flipping (out) over a hot stove. The oven does the work while bacon, cheese and tomato salsa add the flavor.
Fresh basil and tomato combine for a chicken dish that only looks like it came from your favorite Italian restaurant. A bonus: It can fit easily into your smart eating plan.
What makes this dish so rich and creamy? The way the cheese melts in and through all the pasta, veggies and slightly hot chiles. All this and it's smart eating, too.
